Analytica, an award-winning consulting and information technology solution provider to the US public sector, has been awarded a prime contract on the Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) SPARC vehicle. SPARC, the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract is a $25 billion dollar, 10-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition vehicle that CMS and any HHS OpDiv can use to procure information technology (IT) professional services and solutions. Analytica was awarded a CMS SPARC Contract across the SPARC 8(a), SPARC HUBZone and SPARC small business tracks.
This contract builds on Analytica’s previous work with CMS, where the firm has proven itself as a valuable partner.

The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a cost-effective, innovative solution for procuring information technology (IT) professional services from a pool of CMS experienced partners. The purpose of this contract is to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems.
SPARC is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract. It is available to all components within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.
