Analytica, an award-winning public-sector consulting and information technology services provider, has announced the expansion of its management team to include the appointment of Ms. Lauri Spencer as Director of Health Programs.
Ms. Spencer will be responsible for supporting Analytica’s Federal Health Division, which includes customers such as HHS, CMS, FDA, and DHA, with developing and delivering project and program innovations that support customer missions.
Ms. Spencer brings over 20+ years of experience planning, deploying, and managing mission-critical information technology and data systems, with specialized experience in complex healthcare application lifecycle management, including supporting enterprise portal development, data management, quality metrics, and business rules management. She has supported highly complex, mission-critical applications such as ACA healthcare.gov. Ms. Spencer holds her PMP and ACP and is an Agile Certified Professional.
Ms. Spencer previously served as Program Director for Edaptive Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation, where she led delivery on key projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
