Analytica, an award-winning public-sector consulting and information technology services provider, is pleased to announce the expansion of its management team with the appointment of Michael Canino as the Senior Director of Growth.
Mike brings over 20 years of management consulting, project management, and business operations and development experience. He has worked in the federal space since 2008, starting as a Managing Consultant at the National Institutes of Health, and moving from project and program delivery for an array of federal organizations, to proposal and capture management roles.
“Analytica is very focused on using data to make decisions, and that extends to internal operations as well,” he says. “We have very clear strategic Growth goals and paths. We’re making key Growth hires to support and share in what’s going to be a really successful year. It’s exciting to be able to help empower the team.”
A Cornell MBA, Mike collaborates with stakeholders at all levels to shape the processes useful to coordinate winning pursuits and responses. “We have to focus on the customer’s story. It has a beginning—the business challenge or problem—a middle, which is our solution, and an end: improved outcomes for our clients and the citizens they serve. Every part of Analytica helps write that story.” Mike’s work background includes derivatives trading on Wall Street and Army service in Military Intelligence prior to and during the Gulf War.
