Analytica, a leading public-sector consultant and information technology services provider, has been awarded a new contract supporting FEMA’s Enterprise Data and Analytics Modernization Initiative (EDAMI) and FEMA Data Exchange (FEMADex) for Tableau Services and Administration support. The FEMADex user community consists of staff at FEMA headquarters, across the 10 FEMA regions, and the FEMA disaster workforce; members of other federal agencies; state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners; private sector organizations; and the public.

As part of EDAMI’s mission to create a robust enterprise data analytics capability, they will be evolving FEMA Data Exchange (FEMADex), a modernized data analytics platform. The future system will use a hybrid cloud environment, composed of cloud services and data centers, as well as an Everything as a Service (XaaS) approach to offer flexible data storage, processing, security, transformation, standardization, and analytics to the entire enterprise. Our efforts supporting and managing Tableau Services and Administration will ensure this mission-critical business intelligence and analytics infrastructure aligns with mission requirements.
