Analytica, an award-winning public-sector consulting and information technology services provider, has announced the expansion of its Operations team with the appointment of Victoria Baxter as our Director, Human Resources.
Ms. Victoria Baxter brings with her over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, and Project Management. Prior to joining Analytica, Ms. Baxter held leadership positions for several government contractors supporting the Federal Government. She has established and led diversified teams in both large and small technology and professional services organizations. She was responsible for designing and implementing development plans for stakeholders and has demonstrated her ability to work cohesively with management to educate and motivate them to grow their teams.
Ms. Baxter has an extensive range of expertise that encompasses the entire spectrum of talent management and workforce planning. She is responsible for the policy development and implementation of human resources and strategic workforce planning including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, and development.
