Analytica, an award-winning public-sector consulting and information technology services provider, has announced the expansion of its management team with the appointment of Josh Jessar as Director of Client Solutions. Mr. Jessar supports Analytica’s Federal Portfolio, leading engagements with clients such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), The Department of Treasury, The Federal Reserve, and other federal monetary agency clients.
Mr. Jessar is an experienced leader with a background in strategy, consulting, user experience, program management, and digital transformation. He previously served as a Program Manager for a leading digital services coalition firm, where he led cross-disciplinary teams through the delivery of citizen-facing applications for federal clients. Additionally, he served as the Acting Chief for User Experience and Design at the IRS, where he represented IRS cross-government efforts to improve customer experience under the President’s Management Agenda.
